Culture of Kaizen
While the tools of continuous improvement are obviously important, one thing is certain. If we, as continuous improvement leaders, fail to respect, effectively motivate, and positively influence those around us we will never create strong cultures of kaizen. As such, during this course we will explore the human side of lean in great detail.
Modes of Persuasion
By the end of this lesson, you will understand three tools of rhetoric - ethos, logos, and pathos. You will also understand how to leverage these three concepts to improve the way you communicate, and attempt to positively influence, those you come into contact with.
In this final teaching lesson of this course we are going to continue with this theme of focusing on the human person with one small twist. We are going to focus on the importance of taking care of ourselves. Specifically, by the end of this lesson we will share some tips and suggestions for we can better look after ourselves enabling us to better lead others.
