What is a Learning Path? 

A Learn­ing Path is a col­lec­tion of cours­es that are curat­ed by your admin. Learn­ing Paths can then be assigned to your teams for completion.

Can I customize training for our organization? 

Yes, cus­tomer admins can cre­ate learn­ing paths with full cours­es and assign them to the entire orga­ni­za­tion or spe­cif­ic groups of indi­vid­u­als with­in the organization.

Can there be more than one manager in the Gemba Learning System? 

Yes, the key con­tact on the account can del­e­gate own­er­ship and com­mu­ni­cate this with the Gem­ba Acad­e­my Account Man­ag­er to assign addi­tion­al man­agers as need­ed. These Man­agers are also Learn­ers in the Learn­ing System.

When can seats be reassigned to a new learner? 

Seats can be reas­signed upon a qual­i­fy­ing event. Qual­i­fy­ing events are when an employ­ee sep­a­rates from the com­pa­ny or the sub­scrip­tion renew­al date has been reached.
