5 Day TWI Workshop

TWI stands for Train­ing With­in Indus­try, which is a train­ing and devel­op­ment pro­gram that was devel­oped in the Unit­ed States dur­ing World War II to address the short­age of skilled work­ers in the man­u­fac­tur­ing indus­try. The TWI pro­gram includ­ed a range of train­ing mod­ules focused on improv­ing work­force skills and pro­duc­tiv­i­ty, includ­ing TWI Job Instruc­tion, TWI Job Meth­ods, TWI Job Relations.

Solve press­ing busi­ness chal­lenges with our Lean Sim­u­la­tion Boot­camp — a path­way to improv­ing your orga­ni­za­tion’s per­for­mance. Over two days, this inter­ac­tive work­shop uses a pro­duc­tion sim­u­la­tion to impart essen­tial Lean prac­tices, show­ing you how to link them direct­ly to your com­pa­ny’s goals and finan­cial out­comes. You’ll gain prac­ti­cal insights into the effec­tive­ness of 5S, waste reduc­tion, kan­ban, process flow, data analy­sis, val­ue stream map­ping, and Toy­ota Kata. Through mul­ti­ple sim­u­la­tion rounds, your per­for­mance will vis­i­bly improve as you inte­grate these prac­tices. Exam­in­ing the prof­it and loss state­ment after each round will offer valu­able insights into boost­ing prof­itabil­i­ty. The boot­camp con­cludes with par­tic­i­pants craft­ing per­son­al­ized plans to imple­ment these strate­gies in their own work settings.
