How to Calculate LCC Life Cycle Cost for 3P

The 3P approach encour­ages us to make design deci­sions that deliv­er the best com­bi­na­tion of qual­i­ty, pro­duc­tiv­i­ty, flex­i­bil­i­ty, and speed.
