Day 1 - 9:00am - 5:00pm: Kaizen Training at Gemba Academy Facility

Day 2 - 9:00am - 10:30am: Off-Site Tour

You’ll learn the step-by-step process for planning and facilitating a successful Kaizen Event, along with hands-on practice using key lean tools in an interactive simulation. You’ll also go to the Gemba, the actual workplace, to observe processes, identify waste, and test improvements in real time.
