In general, video errors are produced because some resource needed for video playback is being prevented from loading either by your browser, computer security, or network security.
Try this first
Sometimes clearing your browser cache and cookies will resolve this issue.
- Log out of Gemba Academy
- Clear your browsers cache, and cookies
- Log back into Gemba Academy and try your video again
Try this second
In corporate environments, sometimes IT policy will be to block video files from the internet. In this case you will need to work with your IT department to get mp4, ts, and m3u8 files unblocked from the firewall, proxy or other network security appliance.
Additionally, some internet resources that are required for our video player to load may be blocked as well. You must work with your IT department to whitelist our video provider resources.

Your IT department should be able to trace which network resources they are blocking by examining their network logs.
- Using a different computer and mobile device can help you further troubleshoot if the issue is limited to a single device.
- Using a different network, such as a mobile or home network can show if the issue is specific to your network. Be sure to log off of any VPN when troubleshooting this step.
