IMPORTANT: Ask Gemba is an experimental feature to evaluate if AI-coaching is something that Gemba Academy customers will use and value. Ask Gemba's availability may change over time, it is not included in any customer contracts, and no purchasing decisions should be made based on its inclusion.

Q: Is my data used to train the Ask Gemba AI?

A: No! It is important to us that your data is never used to train the Ask Gemba AI model.

Q: Why do you call it Ask Gemba Beta?

A: We call Ask Gemba a Beta because we are still evaluating if an AI coach trained exclusively on our data is something our customers want and will use. If our customers love it, we will continue working on it; if not, we may discontinue it in favor of other experiments our customers will love.
