Collecting Data For Agile Kanban Performance Metrics

There are two pri­ma­ry ways to go about col­lect­ing data and cre­at­ing per­for­mance met­rics for Agile Kan­ban: Man­u­al­ly or elec­tron­i­cal­ly through the use of web-based Agile Kan­ban soft­ware. In this mod­ule we dis­cuss both avenues.
