Lean coffee chat may 27 2026

Join us for a Lean Coffee Chat hosted by Gemba Academy, an informal, conversation-driven gathering where improvement professionals connect, share challenges, and learn from each other's real experiences.

These 60-minute sessions are designed to bring together people working in operations, leadership, and continuous improvement who want to exchange practical ideas and discuss challenges with peers from other organizations.

The theme for this session is:

Challenges with Leadership Buy-In and Support

Many improvement initiatives struggle when leadership alignment is unclear. During this session, participants will discuss real situations, share what has worked in their organizations, and explore practical approaches to strengthening leadership engagement.

Lean Coffee Chats bring people together for meaningful conversations where participants connect with others, learn from shared experiences, discuss common challenges, seek help with problem-solving, and expand their professional network.

Coffee and light pastries will be provided.

Space is limited to keep the discussion interactive.
