Job Methods (JM)

Job Meth­ods (JM) is the TWI pro­gram that focus­es on improv­ing work process­es and pro­ce­dures. The pur­pose of the pro­gram is to pro­duce greater quan­ti­ties of qual­i­ty prod­ucts in less time by mak­ing the best use of the peo­ple, machines, and mate­ri­als cur­rent­ly avail­able. Like the Job Instruc­tion (JI) and Job Rela­tions (JR) pro­grams, JM uses an easy to fol­low 4‑step method to facil­i­tate these pos­i­tive changes.

This course is best deliv­ered over 5 days with approx­i­mate­ly 2 hours of train­ing in each day. The first 3 days include instruc­tion­al video mod­ules and hands on learn­ing and the last 2 days are focused on hands on learn­ing and appli­ca­tion. This is a learn by doing course, so please fol­low along and engage with the materials.
