What Is an Action Priority Table in FMEA?
During the fifth step of FMEA, we conduct a risk analysis and identify actions to reduce risk. The AIAG approach uses an Action Priority (AP) table to rank items as high, medium, and low. Learn how to use the Action Prioritization table as a guide in choosing the most important actions to address risks.
