No action is required. We hope you enjoy the new courses!

Learning System

Retirement date: June 2026

1. Identify: If you have custom learning paths containing the course titled "GA Lean > Introductory Topics (Legacy)"
2. Replace: If you do have this, you will need to replace it with the new course titled "Introductory Topics".
3. Mark Completion: (optional), mark the new course as completed for learners who have already taken the Legacy version.

LMS Integration

Retirement Date: June 2026

1. Identify: If your Introductory Topics course files are in the format "intro2-01.html"
2. Replace: If you have these, you will need to download the latest LMS admin spreadsheet and SCORM quizzes for the School of Lean. These will show you the replacement materials available.
