What should I expect from each session?

Sessions 1-3 are 45 minutes and include approximately 25 minutes of instruction followed by interactive discussions, polls, & practical application. Session 4: The Soft Skills Lab is a 2.5-hour live, hands-on session where you'll practice leadership & communication skills through guided exercises.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes. Recordings will be available for 90 days after purchase. While recordings are helpful for review, the greatest value comes from participating in the live discussions and activities.

Do I need to attend every session?

Each session builds on the previous one, so attending live is recommended to get the most value and participate in the interactive learning experience.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Participants who complete the series will receive a Certificate of Completion and Professional Development Units (PDUs).
