The final phase of a DMA­IC project is Con­trol. The pur­pose of this phase is to sus­tain the solu­tions and pre­vent prob­lem recur­rence. This requires tak­ing actions to update doc­u­ments and stan­dards, con­duct train­ing and com­mu­ni­ca­tion regard­ing the changes, and com­mit­ting to con­tin­u­ous mon­i­tor­ing and improve­ment of the process.
