Introduction to the Kaas Tailored Goalpost Simulation

Kaas Flow is the goal­post sim­u­la­tion, it aims to repli­cate a fast-paced work envi­ron­ment that pri­or­i­tizes speed over oth­er essen­tial oper­a­tions. The sim­u­la­tion requires teams to con­struct 20 Amer­i­can foot­ball-style goal­posts in under 5 min­utes. By par­tic­i­pat­ing in this exer­cise, stu­dents can expe­ri­ence the prac­ti­cal appli­ca­tions of Takt, Pull, and Flow principles.
