Quick Changeover - The SMED System

Quick Changeover, or SMED, is a Lean man­u­fac­tur­ing tech­nique that aims to help orga­ni­za­tions reduce waste in their man­u­fac­tur­ing process and save time and mon­ey by stream­lin­ing tasks and improv­ing process­es.

These SMED train­ing mod­ules will teach you how Quick Changeover can be used to stream­line inter­nal work­flows and adapt SMED to improve process­es in any indus­try, such as reduc­ing machine changeover time in a man­u­fac­tur­ing setting.
