Ron has a dis­cus­sion with Asso­ciate Pro­fes­sor, Eng­lish, Phi­los­o­phy and Mod­ern Lan­guages Depart­ment Head, Stephen E. Sev­ern, Ph.D., WTA­MU about his LSS lead­er­ship role as he cham­pi­ons projects such as stu­dent trans­fers. Dr. Sev­ern explains that before they took on this project, trans­fer stu­dents would con­tin­u­al­ly get kicked to the back of the line in the com­put­er sys­tem as they processed their applications.
