QFD - Quality Function Deployment

Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a structured approach for translating customer needs into technical requirements. QFD has great significance in modern product development because of rapidly changing technologies and customer needs. Correctly identifying customer needs is paramount to our ability to design products and services that meet these needs. By doing this, QFD plays a key role in supporting an organization’s design and development efforts.
