Lean Case Study: The City of Grand Rapids

While there, he had the oppor­tu­ni­ty to talk with deci­sion mak­ers, City Exec­u­tives, as well as oth­er City employ­ees using Lean to cre­ate a bet­ter work envi­ron­ment, sav­ing time, inven­to­ry which ulti­mate­ly means sav­ing mon­ey as they do their every­day jobs.
