Regression

Regres­sion analy­sis is a sta­tis­ti­cal tool for mod­el­ing the rela­tion­ship between a depen­dent vari­able, often referred to as the response vari­able, and one or more inde­pen­dent vari­ables, also called pre­dic­tors or fac­tors. Regres­sion analy­sis plays a key role in ana­lyz­ing data as part of a Six Sig­ma DMA­IC Project.
