Job Relations (JR) for Learners
Job Relations (JR) is a fundamental element of Lean and an important component of TWI. Its purpose is to develop the skill of leading. Used correctly JR will help supervisors, and any other leader of people, avoid problems though proven principles. And if problems do arise JR provides a 4-step process for handling the situation in a fact based, non-emotional, manner. The "Learner" version of this JR course can be used to facilitate your own 5-day, in person, JR course. A detailed facilitators guide is also available which includes a day-by-day agenda. In preparation for a live course we highly recommend facilitators, no matter their experience level, first watch the far more detailed "facilitators" version of this same JR course where you are able to see an actual 5-day course unfold before your eyes.
Day 1: Job Relations Overview
Ron Pereira provides an overview of the 4-step Job Relations (JR) process including the many benefits it provides to organizations in any industry. An overview of this 5-day course is also provided.
