Customer Success Corner

It's often said that one learns best by teaching. This is why martial arts practice involves students with higher belts helping coach those with lower belts. The act of helping teach others implies some degree of responsibility for the learners success. This requires thought and reflection on the details of the subject matter before it can be presented. This reflection is where deeper learning happens.

Help your people learn by helping them teach. This is a foundational element of a learning organization.
