With a glob­al work­force span­ning 16 time zones, 23 loca­tions, and 12 coun­tries, Chevron need­ed a way to cre­ate Lean and Six Sig­ma train­ing con­sis­ten­cy. But with the expense and logis­tics of glob­al trav­el, how do you accom­plish this task? This is where Gem­ba Acad­e­my’s on-demand train­ing was deployed to cre­ate a high­ly avail­able, 247 glob­al train­ing center. 

Uti­liz­ing the cus­tom learn­ing path fea­tures of the Gem­ba Acad­e­my Learn­ing Sys­tem, Chevron is able to tai­lor the train­ing spe­cif­ic to its Lean Six Sig­ma require­ments. The Gem­ba Acad­e­my Learn­ing Sys­tem also enabled them to cre­ate their own in-house Black Belt train­ing pro­gram. This cost-effec­tive approach allowed each Black Belt stu­dent to be paired with a coach that can do what they do best. Spend time with the stu­dents, rather than cre­at­ing their own train­ing material.
