Bob Emiliani will present two examples of companies that spent more than a decade applying Lean principles and practices. He will discuss why one company succeeded and the other failed, as most companies do.
Bob will focus on how the leaders from each company comprehended Lean management and how that laid the foundation for the results achieved.
The lessons learned point the way to improving an organization's Lean management practice and achieving consistently better results in a business environment dominated by global competition.
We will record this webinar and make it available to all registered attendees within 2 business days. The recorded webinar will also be available to all subscribers to the Gemba Academy Complete Lean Package.
