New Videos
Workplace Visualization
School of Lean

In this School of Lean course we explore the topic of Workplace Visualization, or Visual Management as it's sometimes called.

Specifically, we explore what visualization is, why it's such an important aspect of the broader lean management, and how to go about bringing the concept of visuality to your workplace. Finally, we'll also visit some companies to see how they're leveraging these very principles in their offices and shop floors.

The first video of all courses can be viewed without registration. Not a subscriber? Sign up for a Free Preview!

Customer Success Corner

Effectively onboarding new employees is essential in setting expectations for both the employer and employee. Safety and company policies are common onboarding topics.

Consider training all new employees in foundational Lean concepts within the first few days of starting with the organization. This is the time people are most receptive to new ideas. New eyes are able to see waste and problems that more experienced associates might not.

Lean onboarding also demonstrates to the new associate that continuous improvement is an important part of both the organization's operating system and each associate's job.
