Customer Success Corner

Know who your customer is for any given situation. The external customer is a person or organization receiving the product or service you and your organization provides. An internal customer is someone inside your organization and could be a person or group of people who rely on your work in order to do their own work. This could be someone at a downstream step or process, a peer asking for your advice, a teammate sharing the workload, a leader relying on your contributions, or a direct report seeking your leadership.

Do your best to always remember your purpose is to help your customer be successful.
